AI agents
An outbound sales agent that finds prospects, works out each company's problem, writes the email and handles the reply.
The problem
Outbound sales was being done by hand: searching for prospects, hunting for the right person's email, guessing what to say, writing each message and chasing replies.
What we built
We built an agent that runs the whole sequence. It finds prospects on the web, identifies the owner and their email, writes and sends the email, replies when the prospect answers, schedules each send for the prospect's time zone and reports opens.
What shaped the build
An email that could have been sent to anyone gets ignored. So before it writes a word, the agent reads the company and works out the problem it faces against what the client sells.
AI voice agents
A receptionist that answers calls 24/7, classifies each call and routes it.
The problem
Calls do not stop when the office closes. Every one still needs somebody to pick up, work out what the caller wants and get them to the right place.
What we built
We built a voice receptionist that answers every call, day or night, on the client's existing phone number. It classifies each call and routes it. Speech-to-text and text-to-speech run through a single provider.
What shaped the build
A managed voice platform decides how your calls behave. That shaped the build: classification and routing run on our own server, so the logic is ours to change.
LLM chatbots
A sales chatbot trained on a company's past conversations.
The problem
A business owner's best sales conversations do not scale. Every new prospect waits for a person, and a generic chatbot does not sound like the business it speaks for.
What we built
We built a sales chatbot that learns from the company's previous sales conversations, then talks to new prospects the way the owner would. It handles the first conversation and qualification around the clock.
What shaped the build
Prospects can tell when they are talking to a script. That shaped the build: the chatbot learns from real conversations the business has already had, not from a template.
AI document processing
Bookkeeping where several AI models must agree before an entry is accepted.
The problem
Bookkeeping entries were being processed by hand, one at a time. Handing the job to a single AI model is faster, but a single model can be wrong and nobody notices until the books are off.
What we built
We built a bookkeeping pipeline where several AI models process each entry independently. An entry is accepted only when the models agree.
What shaped the build
In bookkeeping, a confident wrong answer is worse than no answer. That constraint shaped the whole build: no single model gets the final say.
